Restart the Media Player

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Digital Signage Player.

  2. Wait 10 seconds

  3. Plug the cord back into the Digital Signage Player

  4. The player should restart on its own and content should play as desired. 


Check Your HDMI Connection

  1. Ensure your HDMI cord is plugged in securely to both your media player and TV.

IFTHE PROBLEM PERSISTS:

  1. Unplug the HDMI cord from the back of your Digital Signage Player.

  2. Wait 10 seconds

  3. Plug the cord back into the Digital Signage Player

  4. Restart the Player

IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS:

  1. Replace the HDMI Cable
